Find your core and navigate to your potential

Find your own core and anchor it firmly within yourself & navigate towards your potential

All my coaching work is essentially about finding your own core, firmly anchoring it in yourself and expanding it. I assist you on the path to your own core, your home. Independent of events and others, you feel settled within yourself, which sets you free. Free to be who you are, how you move and do what you want to do.

By clearing and tidying yourself, through awareness of patterns and trauma relief, you get closer to your core. This also creates space for you to allow what you desire and your potential. This means that you are increasingly able to manifest your potential, so you create real positive change.

What is your own core?
What is your core? That is your authenticity, who you really are. By connecting to this source, you are also able to truly connect with others.

How can you lose your core?
Due to trauma and because you go into survival mode, you may lose your core or part of it. It may also be that your core has not developed properly.

Your core is who you really are and connects you to your potential
Your core is who you really are, your passions, talents, triggers, your feelings and desires. By connecting to your core you feel connected to yourself, to your own source and this makes you independent and free. You feel close to yourself. Depression and anxiety are also deep down signals that you are not close to yourself and have lost this contact.

From this core you connect with others, a partner, friends and acquaintances. This is possible because you have made the connection with yourself first. You are then able to form mature connections, while remaining independent. You prevent yourself from ending up in a mutual deal where you support each other; you carry yourself. This does not mean that you don’t need anyone, but you do this from a different approach, namely that both carry themselves and take responsibility.

From here you connect with your deep source of knowing and with your potential. From there you will take steps towards your destination and added value.

Is it only fun to live from your core? No, it means that all your feelings can be there. And that panic, for example, can also be felt. You increasingly dare to feel everything, because you are firmly settled within yourself and feel safe.
