I have developed a special coaching program for women, that aimes to take you back to your feminine core.
You will then feel positive energy flowing and happy again, however powerful the storms that may rage around you.
What can you expect?
I discuss the themes related to this in 6 individual coaching sessions with the aim of ensuring you remain grounded and firmly anchored in your feminine core. We will do this through short readings, meditation and discussion of the themes.
The programme involves I do this through experiential (and body-oriented) exercises, initiation rituals such as reading short stories taken from personal experience stories, meditation, home assignments and the discussion of various themes.
During these sessions there will be room to look at whatever is in the foreground for you, I receive you here, we discuss it together and include it in the coaching sessions.
The themes are:
- how do you ensure more flow of sexual energy as a source of life energy?
- how do you get more into the flow, into your natural state of being?
- how do you change your energy to a higher vibration and how do you prevent yourself from going along with repeating lower energy patterns? For example, courage and gratitude are higher vibrations than shame and guilt. And if you respond from a different vibration
- how do you expand and recharge yourself
- how do you limit yourself and others?
- how strong is your body-mind connection? There is often an interaction between your body and mind. For example, how do you feel, when you hold a closed posture and do you frown a lot?
- what is your deeper desire and unique added value in life
I offer this course for 250 euros. Sessions are online and if possible, we will also arrange a live session.
