Below are a number of themes in which I have specialized and which relate to the path to your own core and your potential.
Insight into your patterns
By gaining awareness of which patterns you have, you get closer to your core. By letting go of survival behavior, you will move more authentically. Examples:
- You feel like a victim, by realizing how you do this (and that can be very subtle), you have the choice to change this and take more and more responsibility.
- You have the feeling that you always have to make an extra effort to be seen and appreciated. By investigating where this comes from, how it is noticeable in your body and how you do this, you can take steps to let go of this pattern.
Learn to communicate charge-free
We often communicate with a lot of charge. For example, in a parenthetical sentence you can feel a twinge on the other side. By gaining more insight into your communication and that of others, you become freer and closer to yourself.
Your place in your parental family and family system
- How do you fit into your parents’ triangle? Are you still occupied somewhere and are you adapting for the sake of peace or are you living your own life? Have you addressed to your parents what you are angry or sad about, for example (this can be done in several ways). Are you at peace with your past or do you still have the feeling that you want to get or have something right (which causes you to miss the nourishment in the now).
- Are there patterns or traumas in your family system that are relevant to you now?
Trauma relief
Traumas affect all areas of life and limit your connection with your source. As a coach, I receive you in your story as a knowing witness, which makes you move in your trauma and take back your power. By getting moving you will ultimately convert the experience of powerlessness into strength. What happened has happened, but you can remove the burden by moving in your trauma. The feeling is there and is received by me as a coach and by yourself.
Navigate to your potential
To navigate to your potential, it is necessary to look back at what hinders and holds you back and to look ahead at what your unique added value and desire is. When you make the connection with your source and you become clean, impulses come that show you the way to your potential. As a coach I assist you with this process.
What are your unique talents and qualities
Together with you I formulate your unique qualities. Often the things that come very naturally to you are also your qualities and you do not always have insight into this yourself. By identifying and developing these you get closer to your potential. We can also discuss why you sometimes do not use your qualities, what makes you do this and how you can turn this around.
Working through your dark sides
Life consists of contrasts. For example, to live in love, you will also have to give space to the lack of love in your system. There is also often a lot of fear and panic in our system, it is important that you dare to admit it and give it a place. As humans, we also carry a number of existential fears, such as the fear of loneliness and rejection. By looking at these and integrating them, you can really experience the other side. Loneliness is then countered by coming together and connecting.
Your masculine side and feminine side in order
If you have your masculine side in order within yourself, you will enter your action mode, you can say no respectfully and lovingly and you will be in touch with your natural ambition.
If you have your feminine side in order, you are able to connect and bond.
Both poles in men and women are important, otherwise there is a risk that you outsource things, which immediately creates dependence and distances you from yourself.
When are you relaxed and what causes tension
Tension gives you cramps and keeps you away from yourself and who you really are. Your feelings cannot flow properly. It is therefore essential to gain insight into the cramps within yourself and to know what relaxes you. Relaxation is a prerequisite for allowing all your feelings.
Feeling safe to feel / dare to feel
It sounds so simple, just feel what you feel. Yet we have often fallen far away from this and suppress many feelings, such as sadness or panic. This often results in a flattening in all areas, which can mean that you need kicks to feel something (i.e. intense stimuli). I will work with you to see what you need to feel safe and to allow your feelings to flow. Feelings make you uniquely you.
Body Mind connection
Strengthen your mind-body connection. For example, how do you feel, with a closed posture and do you frown a lot? There are a number of things that I pay attention to in the coaching sessions, which will help you gain more energy, such as leaking less energy, coming closer to yourself and appearing more powerful.
Your sexual energy as a source of life energy
In our society and in the world we fly from one pole to the other, and that means suppression of sexual feelings or limitlessness. Through a number of simple exercises, I teach you in my coaching sessions to make contact with your own body and sexual energy, which is earthy, independent and safe and functions as your source of life energy.
How do you get more into flow, into your natural state of being?
You get more into flow when you clean yourself (of traumas and patterns), relax more and more, get deeper into your body and get to your core. The mannerisms disappear and you gain more and more access to universal qualities of being, such as peace, creativity and vitality.
Living on a higher vibration / frequency
In my coaching sessions I discuss how you can live more from higher vibrations and not get sucked into lower energy patterns. For example, courage and gratitude are higher vibrations than shame and guilt.
What is your deeper desire?
In my coaching sessions I assist you to formulate a deeper desire. This gives a positive direction in your life.
What weakens you and what strengthens you?
It is essential that you gain insight into what weakens and strengthens you and also who weakens and strengthens your system. It is also important that you learn to limit and navigate what nourishes you.
